Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Back Office Assistant. The responsibilities include managing back office operations efficiently, performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and documentation, and handling records and data entry. The assistant will also provide support to the customer service team and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data management
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions
- Experience in providing Customer Service support
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration is a plus
