Overview

We need to incorporate to our Sales Department a Back Office Administrative to support the sales team and customers and potential companies, as well as manage the recruitment and loyalty of these.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new incoming customers
  • Update customer information
  • Controlling incidents related to contracted revaluables
  • Resolve incidents

Qualifications

  • Higher studies related to Administration, Management or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Languages required: Catalan and Spanish native or bilingual.
  • Schedule: M-Th F flexible.
