Job Description

  • Performing basic admin duties like printing, sending receiving emails, filing, maintaining project files etc.
  • Performing market research and portraying company profile on various marketing platforms and time to time updating the same
  • Maintaining and ordering office supplies
  • Coordinating and assisting the sales team
  • Scheduling staff meetings, updating calendars, scheduling services and repairs
  • Generating and managing fresh enquiries, look for prospective clients
  • Maintaining records of utilities, and related bills and payments

Education
Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
