Job Description
Collection of physical cartons from respective departments or customer representatives Prepare documents by removing staples, pins, paperclips, and other binding materials Scan documents and save outputs according to customer requirements using the provided PCs/Laptops Ensure proper handling and maintenance of scanners, PCs, and laptops Handle sensitive documents with care and maintain confidentiality After scanning, restaple or rebind documents in their original form and return them to the respective officials.
