Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented AML/KYC Back Office Executive to join our Compliance and Operations team. The role is non-voice and focuses on KYC document verification, due diligence, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate KYC documents for new and existing clients
- Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence as per onboarding and regulatory requirements
- Identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies
- Perform AML screening using tools such as World-Check, Lexis Nexis, etc.
- Maintain accurate and complete records in line with AML and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation or data gaps
- Ensure timely case processing within defined SLAs
- Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in AML/KYC or BFSI back-office operations
- Strong understanding of KYC norms, PMLA guidelines, RBI/SEBI regulations
- Hands-on experience with AML tools (World-Check, Lexis Nexis preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge of financial documents (PAN, Aadhaar, incorporation/registration documents, etc.)
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Finance
- (B. Com, BBA, BMS, BA Finance, or related fields)
- AML/KYC certification will be an added advantage
