Job Description

Responsible for managing Back office work, admin work, documentation, and leading the task.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic accounting entries
Manage emails, internal communication, and follow-ups
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Prepare MIS reports and assist management with daily operations

Requirements (Must-Have):

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic data analysis).
English communication skills are above average.
Ability to work 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (IST).
