Back Office Executive Hiring For Oplera Finolutions Pvt. Ltd

We are hiring at Oplera Finolutions Pvt. Ltd., a modern wealth management firm committed to transparency, research-backed advisory and long-term value creation.

We are looking for 2 Back Office Executives to join our growing team in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client onboarding, KYC validation and documentation management

• Handling Demat, mutual fund and investment-related operational processes

• Preparing reports, statements, and maintaining client records

• Coordinating with brokers, RTAs and internal teams

• Managing follow-ups, client servicing and query resolution

• Basic compliance and data accuracy checks

Required Skills:

• Basic Excel skills.

• Good communication in Hindi ,Gujarati & English

• Understanding of Equity, Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs (basic level)

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years in broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial back office

• Experience with account opening, KYC, MF utilities, CAMS/ KFintech portals is a plus
