We are looking for a Back Office Executive who is enthusiastic to work with challenging task and support sales/admin team.


This will include market research, data management skills, Data mining, scheduling meetings, Followups, Client support, ability to respond quickly as per the request of top management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing emails communication and online support.

  • Maintaining good relationship with customers.

  • Work with internal departments and to be in touch with top managers.

  • Explaining our company’s services/products to the customer and to explain how it will be beneficial to their business. Good negotiation skills will be plus.

  • Timely handling and professional response to complex and technical customer queries.

  • Making decisions guided by policies, procedures and as per the business plan.

  • Support admin / sales team with daily activity.

  • Ability to solve issues of the customers.

  • Greeting & attending the visitors / clients as required.

  • Analyse market trends and accordingly help sales team to develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

  • Quick learner and upto date with latest technology updates.

  • Ready to achieve target in any situations.

  • To perform basic admin duties as per management need.
  • Required Skills

  • Should have good command on english.

  • Should be fluent in speaking english and prominent with business writing skills.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Ms Word, Google doc, Google sheet, internet stuff, good typing skill, Excellent presentation skill.

  • Excellent organisation skills and good negotiation skills.

  • He/She should be polite with their behaviour, having positive attitude and eager to learn.
