Job Description

Perform managerial and administrative duties to support the operations in the back office of the company. Gather, manage, and organize the companys data. Monitor and manage payroll, accounting, human resources, and other activities. Prepare financial reports and oversee payables and receivables. Manage and schedule meetings, events, appointments, travel arrangements, etc. Perform market research and analyze research data. Manage the companys finances by creating invoices, writing checks and bills, issuing receipts, etc. Oversee project timelines and ensure the smooth execution of all back-office activities. Perform administrative tasks such as printing, sending emails, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies. Review and implement office systems, procedures, and policies. Develop and manage reports, statistics, and presentations.
