·         Proven working experience as a Back Office in Share market or relevant experience.

·         Maintain accurate records and enter data.

·         Conducts research and compile data.

·         Maintain financial database records.

·         Able To monitor and manage application operations, and back office.

·         Tracking on all Customer services Issues on closure.

·         Co-ordinating with Multiple vendors who manage the Trading Platforms.

·         Experience on working on the issues /solving customers services tickets.

·         Issues Solving and Troubleshoot.
