Overview
A Japanese family office based in Singapore is seeking a Back Office Support staff member (part-time).
The role involves general administration, HR support, accounting assistance, and IR-related support.
Responsibilities 1. General Administration & Secretarial Support
Assist with office management and daily operations
Handle business card orders, flight and Shinkansen bookings, and schedule coordination
Manage office devices (mobile phones, laptops, monitors, etc.)
Provide general support for other staff members
2. Accounting Support (Family Office Related)
Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks (Core accounting work will be handled by external professionals; this role focuses on support duties.)
3. HR-related Support
Manage annual leave records
Assist with visa applications and renewal procedures
4. IR Support
Assist with preparation of IR-related materials and information organization
