Join Global Payments as a Back Office Representative 1 to research and respond to customer account inquiries while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and responding to customer requests via mail, email, fax, and other means related to cardholder/corporate accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and Association rules and regulations
  • Utilizing knowledge of banking products and services to research, update, and document cardholder accounts
  • Recognizing potential fraud, credit, collection, and chargeback issues and forwarding them to the appropriate department
  • Assisting with routine updates and documentation such as name/address changes and returned mail
  • Validating report disputes from credit bureau systems as directed
  • Picking up, reviewing, sorting, digitally scanning, and distributing mail for appropriate action
