Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our office based in Cancún. We are looking for a fulltime employee, who will work for in coordination among companies departments, with the main duties with administrative and support of our providers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and verification of invoices.
- Attends suppliers invoicing inquires.
- Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies and related transactions.
- Cost balances reports.
- Complain handling.
- Payments loading, control and the accounting entries involved.
- Collaborate with team members to understand and follow established accounts payable procedures.
- Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of back-office principles and software tools.
