Job Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our office based in Cancún. We are looking for a fulltime employee, who will work for in coordination among companies departments, with the main duties with administrative and support of our providers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing and verification of invoices.
  • Attends suppliers invoicing inquires.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies and related transactions.
  • Cost balances reports.
  • Complain handling.
  • Payments loading, control and the accounting entries involved.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and follow established accounts payable procedures.
  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of back-office principles and software tools.
