About the Role
We're looking for an experienced backend engineer with strong system design thinking to work on challenging problems involving LLM optimization and complex data processing and integrations. You'll be working across multiple LLM providers, designing and implementing robust backend systems that scale.
What You'll Do
- Design and build scalable backend systems using Java as the primary stack.
- Architect ai solutions that work across multiple LLM providers, optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability
- Architect Data Integration pipelines and connectors to ETL multiple data sources.
- Apply strong engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with the team on system design and architectural decisions
- Own features end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Demonstrated ability in system design and architecture
- Experience working with microservices and distributed systems
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Experience or interest in working with LLMs and AI systems is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
