Backend Developer Figma

I'm looking for an experienced Backend Developer to work on our project. The UI/UX designs are already available in Figma, and the backend should be built to support these designs efficiently and cleanly.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend logic
Build and integrate APIs (REST or GraphQL, depending on experience)
Design and connect databases
Work closely with Figma designs (understanding layouts, user flows, and states)
Collaborate on technical feasibility and optimizations
Requirements:
Strong experience in backend development (e.g. , Python, PHP, Java, or similar)
Solid experience with APIs and databases (SQL or NoSQL)
Ability to read and work with Figma designs (no design work required)
Clean, well-documented code
Reliable communication
Nice to Have:
Full-stack experience
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.)
Startup or MVP experience
