Job Description
We are an event-tech company. We need a developer to implement automatic delivery of sticker-style images (PNG) to users via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
Goal
After our system generates a sticker PNG (transparent background, sticker-style cutout), we want to send it automatically to the user in:
WhatsApp (via WhatsApp Business API – Meta Cloud API or Twilio)

Facebook Messenger (Messenger / Graph API)
What you will build (MVP)
1) WhatsApp Business API – send sticker PNG
Implement sending PNG images to a phone number via WhatsApp Business API
Support sending single sticker PNG (and optionally a set of multiple PNGs)
Handle WhatsApp rules: opt-in, templates (if needed), rate limits
Provide simple API endpoints, e.g.:
POST /send-whatsapp (phone, image_url or file)
Logging + error handling
2) Facebook Messenger – send sticker PNG
Implement Messenger webhook handling (receive message / trigger)
Reply with PNG image (sticker) in the chat
