Role Overview

As a Backend Engineer (SDE I), you will take end-to-end ownership of backend systems within your squad and play a crucial role in designing, building, and scaling Seekho’s core services. You will architect high-quality and reliable APIs, improve critical backend components, and ensure our systems remain performant, secure, and maintainable.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role , where you are expected to independently lead complex features, drive technical discussions, and elevate engineering quality within the squad. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
