Job Description

As a Backend Engineer, you will take real ownership of the systems that power AI employees at scale. This is a hands-on role focused on building resilient, high-throughput backend services while shaping the foundations of a fast-growing product.

What You Will Do

  • Design and build scalable backend services and APIs supporting AI-driven workflows
  • Own features end-to-end, from architecture through deployment
  • Work closely with product, design, and AI teams to support real customer use cases
  • Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure with strong reliability and observability standards
  • Improve system scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
