Job Title: - Backend Operations / Customer Support / Service Executive

Location:- Vikhroli

Role Summary:We are seeking a proactive Executive - Backend Operations to manage backend processes, ensure accurate records, and support operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Maintain accurate records and update systems for backend operations. 

- Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless process execution. 

 - Prepare and share reports and dashboards using Excel. 

 - Identify and resolve backend issues promptly. 

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of activities. 

Qualifications: - Any Graduate 

Experience:1-2 years in backend operations or similar roles. - 

Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions). 

 - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

 - Quick adaptability to new tools and processes. 

 - Self-motivated and accountable.
