Looking for Backend Developer | Bangalore to join a team of rockstar developers. The candidate should have a minimum of 2yrs of experience.

We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.
  • Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman, JUnit5, and/or Pytest.
  • Ensure API non-functional requirements such as throughput, latency, retries, and robust error handling are met.
  • Develop and deploy services on AWS using ECS, Lambda, S3, and SQS.
  • Work closely with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and participate in performance tuning and optimization.
  • Contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and technical documentation.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development
  • Experience building and testing REST APIs
  • Hands-on with API testing tools – Postman, JUnit5, and/or Pytest
  • Good understanding of API non-functionals :
  • Throughput & latency
  • Retries & resilience
  • Error handling & observability

Working knowledge of AWS services :ECS/S3/Lambda


Good-to-Have / Preferred

  • Experience in Fintech / Payments domain
  • Exposure to microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
