Job Description

We’re hiring a Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale high-traffic, customer-facing products used by millions of users worldwide.

You’ll work in small, autonomous agile teams, owning backend services end-to-end and building scalable, resilient microservices in a modern product environment.


What you’ll do

  • Design, build and maintain backend services at scale
  • Collaborate closely with product, frontend and mobile teams
  • Improve performance, reliability and code quality
  • Experiment with new technologies and contribute to engineering best practices


What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ backend engineering experience
  • Strong OOP background (Ruby experience a plus, not essential)
  • Experience with APIs, SQL & relational databases
  • Comfortable working on high-availability, high-traffic systems
