What You’ll Do- Resolve Level 2 support tickets for customizations and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, data structures, and ETL processes.
- Build and optimize UI-based automations (Salesforce Flow, Workato, etc.).
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Validate integrations and customizations in test environments.
- Support scalability improvements or new system implementations.
- Perform unit/QA testing and routine SaaS application monitoring.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and data quality.
