Responsibilities
- Conduct post‑project reviews to evaluate outcomes and gather insights.
- Recommend and support sellers with Next Best Actions (NBAR) for retention, expansion, and long‑term success.
- Guide cloud provider sellers on strategic next steps using data, customer signals, and program insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, partner success, program coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Adaptable with various digital tools, CRMs, and systems.
