About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Backlink Manager to lead our high-volume link building operations. You'll manage a network of backlink submitters, oversee quality control, and ensure we meet monthly targets across diverse client campaigns (SaaS, Gaming, B2B, Industrial).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve/reject 100+ daily backlink submissions based on client briefs, domain quality, and relevance
- Commission content from writing team and ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate backlink placement and payment processing via PayPal
- Monitor campaign performance and report results, challenges, and opportunities
- Hire, onboard, and manage backlink submitters who have direct publisher relationships
- Enforce quality guidelines: no blacklisted sites, proper geo-targeting, strong domain metrics
