Italian-speaking Backoffice Agents
to join an operational support team based in Porto.

This role is well suited for candidates who prefer structured work, administrative tasks, and consistent schedules, with potential long-term growth within a stable environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and review operational and administrative information
• Manage requests, validate data, and update internal systems
• Provide backoffice and administrative support to different internal teams
• Ensure high accuracy, quality, and compliance in daily tasks
• Support process improvements and documentation when needed
• Possibility of future involvement in inbound customer support activities
