About the Role
As a Rubrik Engineer L3, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Rubrik environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. This role involves ensuring data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity while mentoring junior engineers and handling escalated support issues.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Implementation: Architect and deploy Rubrik clusters, configure backup/replication jobs, and manage enterprise backup databases.
- System Administration & Maintenance: Perform upgrades, capacity management, and ensure system uptime.
- Backup & Recovery Management: Oversee backup processes aligned with RTO/RPO SLAs; conduct periodic recovery drills.
- Disaster Recovery Planning: Implement DR solutions using Rubrik best practices; lead tabletop exercises.
