About the Program

Toronto Bait-ul-Ilm (BUI) team is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to support our BUI community in a variety of roles. Whether you can assist with snacks, help with school security, or lend a hand wherever needed, your contribution will make a lasting impact on our students and staff!

About the Role


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and distributing healthy snacks to students 
  • Help monitor BUI entrances and exits to ensure student safety 
  • Offer support to teachers and leadership team members in the classroom or during special activities 
  • Help with other tasks as requested by staff to ensure smooth daily operations

    Skills and Competencies:
  • We welcome volunteers aged 16 and older to join BUI. 
  • Given that all BUI volunteers interact directly with minors, a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required.
