Turkish Kunafeh Chef Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Preparing components as well as managing cooking and other kitchen devices.
  • Creating breads, baked products, and confections, by following a set recipe. (Specifically Kunafeh).
  • Developing new dishes for seasonal food selections. (Kunafeh with various flavours).
  • Embellishing pastries and desserts to guarantee stunning and attractive presentation.
  • Monitoring the supply of baking ingredients.
  • Getting new supplies, ingredients, and devices for the bread section, when needed, and within budget.
  • Ensuring their section of the kitchen complies with safety and health and wellness laws.
  • Monitoring and educating team member, when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Post-secondary training at a cooking institution.
  • Certification in cookeries, pastry-making, cooking, or appropriate area.
