The Role
As a Baker at Black Star Pastry, you’ll be hands-on in producing high-quality baked products that meet our exacting standards - from preparation through to bake-off. Supporting our Baker CDP, you’ll work in a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and care for the product really matter.
Day-to-day outcomes look like:
- Mixing, preparing, baking, and finishing products to Black Star Pastry standards
- Making custards and fillings from scratch
