Someone who loves bread, sando's and all things Italian inspired. Work with our amazing chef team, including executive Chefs (Shane Wilson & Michael Henderson) and Head of Pastry, John Laguna, in delivering our products in the best light possible! Work to develop our menu, control costs, and progress the team, to create and deliver breads that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients as per company specifications.
• Mixing, shaping and baking sourdough breads and laminated doughs
