Job Description
Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and bakery products according to standard recipes.
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters safely and correctly.
Ensure all ingredients are weighed accurately and all processes follow the established SOP.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and bakery area at all times.
Manage bakery ingredient stock, perform regular checks, and report any shortages.
Ensure every product is consistent in appearance, taste, and quality before being sold.
Assist in new menu R&D when required.
Comply with food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in bakery production is an added advantage.
- Able to work early morning shifts and follow operational requirements.
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work independently.
