  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and bakery items to five‑star standards
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked goods
  • Support daily production for breakfast, banqueting, restaurants, and in‑room dining
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and allergen control procedures
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal bakery offerings
  • Monitor stock levels, manage ingredients, and minimise waste
  • Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Train and guide junior team members in bakery techniques and standards

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Commis/Chef de Partie in a luxury or high‑volume environment
