On Safari Foods is a full-service catering and foodservice management company with a proven record of success, serving corporate offices and private residences in Greater Seattle for weddings, private parties, company events, and more.
We are looking for a motivated baker who is passionate about food, artistic, able to multi-task, fast, accurate and organized. The candidate must be able to work independently, is flexible with the current changing landscape of foodservice, and would want to grow with us.
Duties include:
- baking large and small batches of scones, cookies, muffins, brownies and bars, and specialty desserts from scratch
- baking savory items including frittatas, quiches, stratas, tarts, and specialty breads
- baking pies, tarts, and cakes
Knowledge in Vegan and Gluten Free baking, laminated doughs, custards, and decorating (cakes, cookies, etc.) is a huge plus.
