Baker Overnight – Gardens Market, Corner Brook

Responsibilities:

Prepare baking dough for cookies, muffin batter and any other desserts according to Company standards
Follow recipes accurately, frost & decorate baked goods as applicable, order ingredient & packaging supplies, maintain and organize ingredient inventory
Keep display cases and other merchandising areas stocked and properly faced at all times in accordance with department standards.
Adhere to food, health and safety standards at all times
Fulfill customer bakery orders or special orders as requested (i.e. catering orders)
Maintain a clean, hygienic and safe baking area
Adhere to all company guidelines, policies and procedures
Any additional duties as required by Bakery ManagerQualifications: Strong customer service skills
Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors
Ability to lift up to 20 kg is a definite asset
