Job Requirements:
Must be at least a Vocational or Short Course Graduate in Baking or equivalent With at least 2 years of relevant experience in bakery production or commissary production Knowledgeable in the operations of bakery equipment such as mixer, dough divider, proffer, overn, etc…. Must be resourceful, with good attention to details.
Job Description:
Directly responsible for the effective implementation and monitoring of production plans Ensures consistency of process standards as implemented Supervises and trains productions staff to efficiently and safely produce high volume and multiple baked products with minimum wastage Ensures that the production plans and schedules are followed Oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, production, and timely issuance of goods to dispatch section Location: Pasig
