Baker R&D Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and launch innovative bakery products, from concept through to production
• Experiment with ingredients and processes to create high-quality, delicious treats
• Collaborate with the team to ensure food safety, product consistency, and shelf-life optimization
• Conduct market research and consumer surveys to identify trends and gather feedback for product improvement
• Test and refine recipes to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance
• Work with the production team to scale recipes for production
• Maintain detailed documentation of product development processes and ensure compliance with food safety standards
