Mercy Food Services are offering a rare opportunity for a qualified Baker or Pastry Chef to enjoy daytime hours, full-time stability, and a 4-day work week at Mater Rockhampton.


This permanent full-time role features 10-hour shifts across four days, giving you real work–life balance while doing what you love, without the burnout of traditional bakery hours.


Reporting to the Head Chef, this key role involves delivering safe, nutritious, and high-quality food to all customers while meeting tasks and deadlines within the required timeframes. 


Salary range: $34.02 - $35.66 per hour and  +
