Job Description
We are looking for a Baker to join the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel culinary team! Working with the Executive Sous Chef and Pastry Chef, the individual in this role will be responsible for the production and presentation of pastries, collaboration in the creation of new ideas, and supporting with inventory/ordering. This individual needs to carry 2-3 years of pastry/baking experience in hotels and restaurants. Collaborating with the Pastry Chef, we are looking for an individual who has the passion to elevate the pastry experience within Sun Peaks Grand Hotel. Compensation Information: $22.10 per hour
Physical Requirement: Heavy; work activities involve handling loads up to 35kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.
