Responsibilities include providing team leadership and ensuring staff maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the station, supporting brand consistency and profitability, conducting regular reports to senior management, assisting the head baker with new product and recipe development, assisting with health and safety and food hygiene practices, supervising the team to follow standard operating procedures, managing inventory and ordering of stocks, and supervising and coordinating activities of bakers and bakery clerks involved in dough preparation, baking, slicing, and wrapping of bakery products.
