Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of bakery products including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and buns.
  • Follow recipes accurately while also introducing new and creative baked items.
  • Manage mixing, kneading, proofing, baking, and finishing processes.
  • Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts with icing, frosting, and toppings.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and assist in inventory control and ordering supplies.
  • Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely.
  • Collaborate with team members for menu planning and special orders.
