Job Summary

The Bakery Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality baked goods such as breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. The role involves maintaining consistency, food safety standards, and creativity while managing daily bakery operations.

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of items including bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts

- Follow standardized recipes and develop new bakery items when required

- Ensure quality, freshness, taste, and presentation of all products

- Operate and maintain baking equipment (ovens, mixers, proofers, etc.)

- Monitor ingredient stock and inform management of replenishment needs

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area according to food safety standards

- Manage production schedules to meet daily demand
