Bakery Laminator Operator 3rd shift (9pm - 5am) plus weekends as needed.

Must have Manufacturing Baking Knowledge Experience SUMMMARY:

•          The primary function of a Laminator Operator is to operate the laminator machine in a safe, efficient manner to ensure all product specifications are met.  The Laminator must have baking knowledge.


• The Laminator must have experience with dough and laminator/sheeting machinery.
• The Laminator will need to know how dough should feel and perform through a sheeter laminator.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
