Bakery Manager

What you’ll do:

The Bakery Manager is responsible for the overall operation, service excellence, and performance of the bakery. This position is responsible for leading and developing the bakery team(s), driving exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest standards in product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution. The Bakery Manager oversees daily production, inventory management, merchandising, and promotional initiatives while maintaining strict adherence to bakery standards and regulatory requirements.
