Bakery Production Associate — T & T Supermarket

Reporting to the Bakery Production Supervisor, this position is responsible for supporting the Bakery Production Supervisor by producing the assigned bakery products (Bread, Cake and/or other pastries) based on orders received, and by controlling quality, freshness, inventory and wastage.

Company overview: T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 36 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 13 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continued expansion is planned in the coming years.
