Bakery Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote bakery products to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and in-store.
  • Visit existing and potential clients to secure orders and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain partnership with retailers and ensure products are well-placed and visible.
  • Present product samples, share quotations, and answer customer or client inquiries.
  • Record and submit daily sales, orders, and client feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs.
  • Follow up on deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure excellent representation of the bakery’s brand and products at all times.
  • Requirements: 

  • Experience in sales, field sales, or customer service (preferably in food or FMCG).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching businesses.
  • Ability to manage time, plan routes, and meet sales targets.
  • Must be honest, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
