Ensures proper seasoning and application rates are correct. Cleans and rinses equipment as directed.
Responsibilities Review all pertinent SOP’s and is a QI (Qualified Individual) for the position Ensure proper seasoning level, spice, lot code, and auger are correct. Confirm proper recipe has been entered into the seasoner. Ensure accurate scale calibration. Assemble, disassemble, wash and sanitize line in a timely manner. Hourly metal detector checks per SOP. Monitors crouton size & quality; assumes quality assurance duties at the inspection table when required. Reads scales and performs arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately. Provides product samples to QA per requirements. Maintains company standards for cleanliness, food safety, and productivity in the processing area. Provides support for the processing l...
