Balance Sheet Analyst

To support the full reconciliation process including providing Balance Sheet reconciliation/account analysis and identifying enhancements to reconciliations, analysis and underlying processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Finance Operation Centre in construction of the Regional Finance Operation Centre team where required.
• Ensuring all applicable countries reconciliations are fully and successfully transitioned to the Centre
• Carry out steady state tasks to ensure
  • The Blackline reconciliation system is fully and accurately populated with necessary data
  • Reconcile all selected accounts to levels that comply with Chubb’s reconciliation policy and general accounting principals
  • Construct analysis sheets to support the reconciliations
  • Provide expert commentary and findings on the analysis and communicate with in-country finance teams in regard to actions and timings
