Job Description
The Bamboo Rose Technology Consultant is responsible for implementing/maintaining, configuring, and supporting Bamboo Rose retail sourcing and product lifecycle solutions for enterprise customers.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnosing and resolving complex problems related to Bamboo Rose technology architect.
Technical Support: Providing advanced technical support to stakeholders
Platform Upgrade: Supporting Bamboo Rose upgrade management activities including tracking the upgrade schedule, impact analysis, testing new features, conclude features to be adapted
Configuration and Enhancement: Designing and implementing enhancement solutions that improve Product lifecycle management (PLM), Sourcing & procurement, Supplier collaboration efficiency and align with client requirements
Maintaining Platform: Monitoring and maintaining existing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data synchronization between systems
Mentoring: Providing technical guidance to other support teams
Support in maintaining integration of Bamboo Rose with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.), Merchandising systems, Supplier portals
Collaboration: Working with development, project management, and other teams to address issues and improve PLM processes
Required Skills and Experience:
Bamboo Rose Technology Expertise : 4 to 15 years of working experience with proven knowledge in managing, implementing and configuring The Bamboo Rose Technology solutions. Strong understanding of Strong understanding of retail product development, sourcing, or procurement processes and best practices. Proficiency in using the Bamboo Rose Technology and worked on minimum of 2 to 3 projects involving implementation, enhancement scope
Experience with: System configuration and customization, SQL or data analysis (preferred), APIs and integrations (preferred)
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills: The Bamboo Rose Technology certification
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and best practices.
Retail domain knowledge (apparel, footwear, consumer goods, private label etc.)
