Job Description

The Assistant Branch Manager is an entry level managerial position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide banking service to customers according to the current branch processes and procedures
- Assist in creating an environment in which sales, service and operation employees and segment partners excel
- Support portfolio growth and develop talent by coaching tellers to identify referral opportunities and perform sales/referral activities
- Find solution to follow up disputed questions or customer’s complaint
