Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Mangalore (Karnataka)
CTC: Up to 3.25 LPA
Age Limit: Max 37 years

Experience Required:

  • 1 to 2 years experience in BFSI

  • Life Insurance experience OR cross-selling of Life Insurance is acceptable

  • Banca Channel experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

  • Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff

  • Achieve assigned sales targets

  • Support bank teams with product training and joint calls

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate (mandatory)

  • Good communication and relationship management skills

  • Target-driven sales mindset
